Staff was exceptional. Every single need was taken care of. The one reason the room is 4/5 stars is because of the older air conditioning. It was comfortable but the AC ran all night. I plan on booking here again once I save up to visit from New Jersey
The rooms were clean; it was quiet. We had our 2 little dogs. Great place. Would stay again.
Very nice and cozy motel. Just what we were looking for. Hotel has charm from its age and what we saw was very well kept. Beds and linens were well above acceptable. We will use them again for sure!
This place was good. It was clean and spacious. Billing was a bit strange and confusing through Expedia. Expedia charged one price but then the bill I was shown at the hotel was different. Finally after much investigation we found that the price the hotel was showing us was the price Expedia allowed them to charge (less Expedia's fees). So, if you book through Expedia just don't ask for a bill at the hotel. It will only confuse you. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Note: if you are in Kemmerer on a Sunday good luck finding a place to eat dinner. Literally everything except Pizza hut is closed.
My family and I were looking to rest in a very long road trip from the south. The brand name hotels were just outrageous for the cost and the reviews weren’t great so we looked at this gem. So glad we did. 10/10 cleanest room I’ve stayed in in years. Nice hot shower, Hulu live, parking right in front. The king size bed was perfect and comfy && I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever needing to stay in the area!
The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. They're a little older, but nothing to complain about. The only negative is that when we tried to check out, there was no one in the office. Ther3 was a phone number for Seth, but we only gor voicemail. We left a message and time we were leaving, but couldn't wait around. We had tickets to a fossil dig and had to go. There was never a phone call back to confirm or anything, so we left feeling like we didn't actually "check out" and that caused some anxiety. The location was great.
Overall it was great! The room we were in was updated other than the bathroom, but the bathroom was still in good condition. Only downside was the people staying next to us. The walls were easily heard through and they got upset that out baby was crying at one point and pounded on the wall angrily a couple of times...but we could hear them talking the rest of the night and early morning. But service and employees were great!
This is a great motel. I have been traveling a lot this year, and this place is better than most name brand hotels. The lady at the desk is great. She works really hard. This is the only place I have been in a long time that cleans the rooms daily. The rooms have everything one needs. I really like the large nightstands with plugs and usb charging. I would gladly stay here again. Everything was great.
